Elena Molina

Elena is an executive leader with 20 years of experience in European biopharmaceutical, and healthcare industry. She has a broad experience developing and implementing strategies within commercial operations, and a deep knowledge in orphan drugs, rare diseases and unmet medical needs therapeutic areas.
From 2007 until 2017, Elena worked in Sobi as GM for Iberia (Spain & Portugal), creating the affiliate, building an organization and creating and managing high performance teams. Ensuring achieving organization & affiliate objectives and bringing value to the patients. Working as independent consultant for different EU projects as Immedica AB or Clementia Pharmaceuticals, currently partner for BlueOrphan Consulting S.L.
Former Vice-President and charter member of AELMHU (Spanish Orphan and Ultra Orphan Drug Companies Association) and P-Bio Orphan Drugs Working Group (Portugal)
BSc in Biology, specializing in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the Autonomous University of Madrid (U.A.M.); MBA in Pharmaceutical Industry by EPHOS School at University of Alcalá de Henares, Madrid and PMD (Program for Management Development), ESADE Business School in Madrid.
